Someone pinch me! After yeaaaars of collecting blankets, buckets, headbands, anything that I thought would look cute on a baby and then hauling everything around town to set up in tight spaces in people’s houses I FINALLY have my own space. My husband is also thrilled to have his garage back. So step inside and let me give you a little tour. I have set it up to be multifunctional, not only can I do newborns here but I can also do other themed kids sessions and milestones. The spring sessions/studio opening are actually this weekend (snag the last spot here). I will also have a Christmas themed one and am taking requests for any other ideas you have.
The studio houses all of my blankets, wraps, headbands, and props so the options are endless.
Being a mom to both a girl and a boy has come in handy! I have kept all of their cute pants/suspenders, ruffle butts, hats, headbands and you are welcome to use any of it. I also know “mom brain” is a real thing, especially those first two weeks, so just in case I have the essentials stocked up. The changing table has diapers, wipes, brushes, new pacifiers, sanitizer, snacks, and there are cold drinks in the fridge.
I want you to be able to relax and enjoy the session so there is a loveseat for you to sit while you watch (or nap if you’d like). I have toys and a little sitting poof for any older siblings that tag along.
I would LOVE to see you and your little ones soon!
Where is it? My studio space is centrally located in Glen Allen near the Crossridge shopping center.
Will you still come to my house for a newborn session? Yes, but only for the Lifestyle sessions. If you are looking for the sleepy naked posed babies then it is best to come to the studio.
Can you photograph families and siblings at the studio? Yes, we can use the backdrops, furs, and sofa areas for family shots. I have toys and snacks for older siblings.
Is there a restroom? Yes! The studio is upstairs and the restroom is at the bottom of the stairs.
